The Western Flames Ice Racing Club held their second race meet over the weekend with almost all skaters establishing new personal bests. Some skaters improved by 20 seconds over various distances.

There will not be any club training this Sunday as half of the WFIRC club members will be in Sydney representing WA in the Duke Trophy teams competition. We are hoping that some of our skaters will be very competitive in their first ever short track competition.
Training will resume as normal on Sunday the 31st July 2011.
